Anyways just an update, I just purchased the plane tickets so its a sure go thing =) unless something ugly happens (touch wood! haha)

Korea Trip 2010/2011

That's right folks! I'm planning a trip right into the heart of K-Pop - Korea itself! No this is not going to be yet another group tour package. Its going to be a one planned by myself personally. With the flexibility of choosing where I want to go and what I want to explore, what more can I ask for? Well that comes with a price too! I need to do some serious planning. In fact I have been on it for the past 8 months, researching and planning. No worries, the trip will be will documented with pictures and HD videos if you would ever like to follow my footsteps =D
Some highlights include visiting SNSD Taeyeon parent's shop and Invincible Youth's Idol Village.

[PICS] CNBlue Fan Signing Event @ City Square Mall
Actual Event Date: 20 August 2010
This has got to be my best coverage so far! Lots of pics, lots of great shots in my opinion (with some of the CNBlue members staring straight into my camera despite me being on the 3rd floor!)
Reached City Square Mall(CSM) at around 6pm, a little late to secure a good spot because I had other commitments earlier in the afternoon. In fact by the time I reached CSM, It was almost full house up to the 3rd floor. I tried my luck on the 4th floor but basically I would just be taking picture of their hair. So no choice, I went down to the 3rd floor asking several fans if they could squeeze a little to let me have a space.
Finally I kind-hearted fan gave up some of her space for me. Many Thanks!

[PICS] 4Minutes/Beast YOG Open Concert @ Marina Bay (4Minute Pictures)
Actual Event Date: 13th August 2010
I was looking forward to the event because I am a huge fan of hyunah and Ji hyun. The performaces were scheduled to start 9:30pm and I reached around 5:45pm to try and get a good spot. Unfortuately I had to stand behind the barricades because I did not have the VIP or the VVIP tickets. Well it wasnt too bad as I was equipped with a 300mm lens that have quite an impressive range.
At around 9:15pm, everywhere was flooded with excited fans except 1 section: the reserved section infront of me barricaded for the YOG volunteers which is pretty much empty. And so at around 9:20pm, the organisers opened up that section which is classified as VIP zone to us! Woo! Great! So i rushed all the way to the front and got a really good view =)
So here were the shots for the 4minute performance (will be uploading BEAST shots soon too!). Hope you enjoy =)

It all started from this one k-pop event. My friend called me to ask if I wanted to join him at the event. I agreed almost immediately! Pardon the weird compositions from some of the shots, was my first time covering such an event.
I have to admit I was a lil baised towards So-Hee because I liked her most from the group.

So what inspired me to start this site? Simple, k-pop plus photography. When I first looked upon an event image shot by a professional, it just made me go wow! Looking so life-like it feels as if I am there looking at the subject at the moment of time! I have got to be able to shoot like that too! So one day I just decided to try shooting it myself and boy it was fun and addictive! But what good does it have to just shoot it and store it on my hard disk? The best solution would be this! The very reason you are here in the first place =)
I became a fan of Kpop about a slightly over a year back when I was introducted to SNSD by my friends. And slowly from there, I got to learn of the other korean bands and started to enjoy the music they produce =)
To share and promote K-Pop and thats what I can do alright =) So spread the love around! =)
